We continue caring, and to ensure you enjoy living in your new home we offer exemplary after-sales care. All our homes are constructed under strict monitoring with the local authority and Zurich Insurance, who provide a 10 year guarantee.
| • | Before legal completion, we will survey your new home with you and make sure there are no unresolved issues. |
| • | On the day of legal completion, our Sales Director will inspect the property with you, and explain all of the technical issues and warranties. You will receive your own leather completion manual, containing all the relevant information about your new home. |
| • | We’ll also give you a dedicated “after sales service” phone number. Within 45 days of completion, we will visit you in your new home to ensure that you’re completely satisfied. |
| • | Twelve months after completion, our Construction Director will visit your home to check that all is well. |
| • | Your new home comes with a Zurich 10 year guarantee. Zurich will have monitored the build process of your home, from start to finish, and you will receive a Zurich Homeowners manual on completion. |
